  1. In a saucepan simmer juice, water, and honey until almost boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in gelatin, one tablespoon at a time until thoroughly dissolved. Add in the vitamin c and elderberry syrup, stir.
  3. Use the dropper that came with your molds to fill them up. Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes and then simply pop them out! Each mold makes 50 bears, so I kept the gelatin on very low heat and as soon as I removed all the gummies from one mold I would refill it and place back in the fridge, grab one that was ready and pop it out, and then refill. Do this until all gelatin is in molds.
  4. Place gummies in a sealed container and store in the fridge for up to 10 days. I give the kids about 15 gummies each per day and this works out about perfect. I always take a small handful for myself too. No shame though! They are just as good for me as they are for the kids!
